Psychology Experience
I have three years of research experience through the curriculum at Coastal Carolina University in PSYC 226 & 497 and in Dr. Kate Degnan's lab at The Catholic University of America. I've made my own survey's, conducted a correlational study, collected and analyzed data, wrote my findings in my own research paper, and worked with SPSS and excel. I have interned at a rape crisis center, a recovery center for children, and a psychotherapy center. During October 2020 – July 2021 I worked as a Clinical Assistant in the Neurobehavioral unit (NBU) - inpatient at Kennedy Krieger in Baltimore. During my time with Connec-to-talk, I started as a developmental therapist, then obtained my registered behavior technician certification, was prompted to Senior ABA therapist, and now I am currently in the position of Clinical Coordinator.
