  • Lynn was responsible for the technical services program that developed the oversight of marketing services provided to public and private agencies. She also designed training and workshops that provided one-on-one consulting in housing development and operations. This training required a working knowledge of rent structures including conventional financing, Mod-rehab, project based and McKinney section 8, Low-Income and Historical Tax Credits, Supportive Housing Program funds, Chicago Low-Income Housing Trust Funds, HOME funds and CDBG funds. I organized and conducted five-part tax credit training and certification in asset management for affordable housing management.
