- Streamlined the meter reading process, by installing radio read meters. Due to the upgrades and the use of handheld devises, what took my predecessor 30 days, I was able to complete in 6 days. This allowed for quick data entry during site visits. It enhanced the overall efficiency which saved the city both time and money. Allowing me the time to help out in other areas of the department.
- Closely monitored consumption from month to month. If property owners have a high consumption, I contacted them and tried to help them find a leak.
- Assisted in digging, trenching and backfilling trenches for repair of main breaks.
- Maintained professional relationships with clients while performing on-site visits promoting
- Complete work orders assigned by the administration to turn on or off service.
