- Havenwood Care Center was a challenged facility with over 25 deficiencies when I started as DON. AS a team we brought the facility to be deficiency free 2 yrs in a row. This was accomplished with minimal cost to the facility.

- Created budget proposals for new programs or services in the Nursing Division.
