  • Worked at 4 facilities in MN as a DON over this course of time. Havenwood Care Center in Bemidji, Greensview Care Center in Bagley Mn (now Cornerstone), Parmly LifePoints in Chisago City, and Cerenity Care Center Marian, in St Paul.
  • Havenwood Care Center was a challenged facility with over 25 deficiencies when I started as DON. AS a team we brought the facility to be deficiency free 2 yrs in a row. This was accomplished with minimal cost to the facility.
  • Implemented and directed clinical services and operations to deliver competent, quality care.
  • Created budget proposals for new programs or services in the Nursing Division.
  • Established solid relations with leadership and staff by attending board meetings and coordinating interdepartmental information exchanges
