With Menards,I had received the "Making a Difference " award for taking the Kitchen and Appliance Department from sinking in sales to being the top department in my store. I was able to do this in under 6 months.


The first year back with Lowe's, I had doubled the previous fiscal years department sales. The following year I did 150% of the previous year.
