Valentine Collective Promo is an independent, DIY concert promotion and booking agency based in Nashville, TN, providing booking, marketing and coordination services for independent artists.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate Variety Events on campus.
• Organize schedules and maintain a working budget of all Variety events.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients and staff.
• Solicit feedback from event attendees and communication information received to Student Promotions Manager.

• Worked beside the venue's talent buyer to publicly announce and promote 100+ shows on a strategic time-sensitive basis.
• Utilized communication skills to assist in the coordination and execution of live events ensuring untroubled operations for high-profile artists, performers, and management teams.
• Cross-referenced and ensured all show information and settlement sheets correlated in Promoter Opps, TicketWeb(TicketMaster), Google Sheets, and Social Media.

• Assisted with load in and load out from the CPC warehouse.
• Assisted with event infrastructure setup and vendor load in and load out.
• Acted as barback for the Pub to facilitate concession sales.
• Assisted the CPC Team with cash management for the Pubs and Merch tent, and monitored parking.

• Set up event facilities and equipment, cleaned areas, and organized supplies.
• Provided exceptional customer service to all guests and escalated concerns where needed.
• Oversaw event operations to keep running smoothly.
• Performed post-event tasks such as breaking down areas, removing trash, and cleaning facilities.

• Selected from 300+ applicants to attend CAA’s multi day networking and professional summit alongside 26 other attendees.
• Engaged in Professional Development workshops covering key areas such as touring, live production, publishing, label relations, artist management, marketing, A&R and the integration of diversity in the future of the music industry.
• Built meaningful connections with executives from CAA, Warner Music, Spotify, Live Nation, SiriusXM and more.

• Worked closely with the Bonnaroo Guest Services Management team, Part of the Bonnaroo Externship program in partnership with the Well Dunn Foundation.
• Assisted artist hospitality to help artists and their teams get to their stages, get their questions answered, and provide them with credential and catering support.
• Managed the staff services booth, answered staff questions, checked staff in and out of their shifts, provided uniforms and assisted in getting staff dispatched to their assigned plaza locations.
• Responsible for dispatching medical and security, to make sure staff were safe and comfortable.
