• Tours guests through the models addressing layout and floor plans.
• Responsible for design options appointments.
• Generates and presents Contract documents to buyers and agents.
• Responsible for weekly construction updates, including pictures and walk throughs of each individual home.
• Works closely with the Community Superintendents, involving a weekly meeting and construction training.
• Actively inputs guest information and uses Lasso, our CRM system.
• Attends Sales training and Jeff Shores conferences.
