Summary
I work with Special Ed and Pre-School kids in assisting them with small group based learning. I encourage them and help plan the lessons to make them fun while reinforcing the appropriate behavior.
I am also a class leader at my other job and there I am responsible for helping a class of 16 get their homework done and tutor them if they are struggling. I think outside the box to accommodate and find a way that works best for each child. I communicate with the parent in explaining any concern I see academically and behavioral. When school in not in session I work with my staff members to make summer fun for 150 kids while providing safety.
