This was my first job I had gotten when I was 16, Catfish Kitchen was a locally owned restaurant that is now closed down. The expectations here involved me having to multitask because there were only a few of us that worked and our boss was never there. I learned how to work in high-pressure situations with composure, maintaining excellent service standards even during busy shirts. Lots of experience was gained here especially the handing of money and costumer service.
