• Responsible for providing necessary implants, instrumentation, and equipment required for procedures.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with surgeons and staff. Focus on growth in territory by BTB sales with OR directors, surgeons, clinical nurses, and hospital staff.
• Promoted by rep in 2021 to Manager of the Tampa East side. Managed 6 ASR's and Onsite Specialists in the territory. Created weekly schedules and responsibility's for each team member and followed up with customers to make sure all needs were being met by each team member. Assisted the rep in interviewing potential new hires.
