Mackenzie Averett

At stepping stone I worked with another co worker and had multiple infants in our care. My co-worker and I would have 9+ infants and had to work together through all conflicts. At times I would have to move to other classrooms to adapt to different environments. This job was a great summer job for me and showed me insight on how to work professionally with others.

• Communicated with fans, coaches, players and other umpires.
• Navigated difficult situations using effective communication and explanation of game rules.
• Stayed composed and professional in high-pressure and emotionally-charged situations with coaches, players and fans.
