  • Fundraised $120,000 from over 660 donors, in-kind contributions, grants that paid for door-knockers, and national entities.
  • Organized East Polk county democrats and recruited and organized over 60 volunteers to knock over 10,000 doors, including 7,000 doors myself.
  • Organized a postcard campaign where the campaign sent 14,500 postcards to democrats, independents, and middle right republicans.
  • Won 7 of the 12 precincts and lost by only 421 votes (less than 3%– with an opponent's spending over $550,000 in negative advertising.

  • Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons publishes the yearly Trafficking in Persons Report that goes to Congress and consequently, decides trade sanctions.

  • Drafted policy papers, talking points, and other prep materials for Senior Government Officials and supported Diplomatic Officials' Political meetings.
  • Drafted and published the East and Central African reports and defended the tier rankings for the countries in my portfolio.
  • Led an initiative to evaluate the ethics of the U.S. State Department's usage of sex and labor trafficked victims' in the TIP Report's photography and consequently, developed a new ethical internal policy and therefore, a new international standard for the portrayal of human trafficking victims in published documents.
