  • Develop strong relationships with property owners through consistent communication and professional interactions.
  • Provide thorough training for new team members on right-of-way policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of expertise across the team.
  • Input and maintain accurate data into spreadsheets to track easement acquisitions to meet project goals
