- Collaborate with project engineering and facility construction personnel on transmission line routes to inform landowner negotiations.
- Develop strong relationships with property owners through consistent communication and professional interactions.
- Provide thorough training for new team members on right-of-way policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of expertise across the team.
- Input and maintain accurate data into spreadsheets to track easement acquisitions to meet project goals
