MacKenzie Sols

I assisted Mr. Ledford and Mrs. Ross with tasks including: section pull-outs, leading warm-ups, helping with paperwork and financial aspects of the program, organizing and running contests and festivals, preparing spring concert repertoire with all groups from start to finish.

I assisted Mrs. Webb and Mr. Cook with weekly tasks such as teaching elementary schools as part of the Klein ISD Fifth Grade Strings program, leading warm-ups, assisting with paperwork, and leading classes.

I taught and conducted the Philharmonic orchestra for the 2022 and 2023 seasons. Additionally, I worked with a violin ensemble in my last semester.

I taught violin, cello, and viola as a private lesson instructor helping students achieve their goals, including outstanding performer awards and entry into the area all-region orchestras.

I was a part of the new TODA College Internship program. The internship entailed presiding workshop sessions, running check-in/registration, and organizing convention details.
