• Accurately measure and record patients' vital signs, ensuring timely reporting of any abnormalities to the healthcare team

This was an 8 week program where I had the opportunity to learn under the supervision of an RN on a medical-surgical unit. I also was able to complete an Evidence Based Project within this fellowship

• Participated in hands-on clinical training under the supervision of experienced nursing professionals to refine practical skills.
• Monitored patient vital signs, reporting any changes to experienced nursing staff.

• Assisted patients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
• Checked patient vitals such as temperature, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels.
• Promoted good oral and personal hygiene by aiding patients with shaving, bathing, and teeth brushing.
• Enhanced patient satisfaction by providing compassionate and attentive care.
