Joffrey Ballet School graduate with over five years of teaching experience, I am passionate about helping dancers grow through strong technique, body awareness, and proper alignment to prevent injury. I studied for four years at Joffrey under the leadership of Angelica Stiskin, where I developed a deep understanding of technical training and dance education. During my time there, I assisted Jo Matos in the Children and Youth Program, working closely with young dancers to build strong foundations in technique and confidence. I have also had the opportunity to assist world-renowned artists, including Georgina Pazcoguin and dance photographer Jeremy Kyle, gaining valuable experience within the professional dance community. Additionally, I assisted choreographers at Steps on Broadway and performed in the Steps Showcase, further expanding my performance and industry experience. Alongside my work in dance, I am a Top Twenty personal trainer in New York City, specializing in strength training, body alignment, and injury prevention for dancers and athletes. This background allows me to bridge the gap between dance technique and physical health, helping students move more efficiently, safely, and with longevity in their careers. I currently travel to teach at dance conventions and have served as a judge, where I am passionate about mentoring and inspiring the next generation of dancers.
