I was awarded CNA of the quarter by my colleagues-CNAs and Nurses. This is something our managers do to build moral and have something to work towards. Management sets out a box with papers to fill out based upon this person. Papers are submitted anonymously and management counts the votes. They awarded me some gifts and a photo sent to all staff :)
