Worked closely with several operational functions to conduct analysis using Excel and Tableau, and provide results and recommendations for improvements.

• Performed a complete review of the account consolidation process by observing call center representatives which allowed me to understand and analyze productivity reports for 70k cases. Identified the most and least efficient processes, and the third party companies that presented the most difficulty.
• Created two Tableau dashboard for the management team to easily view the key metrics for the account consolidation teams.
• Created formulas to extract critical data from 120k mailings that were returned to the company as not deliverable. Through my analysis, I was able to identify the root cause of the bad addresses, which were being caused by the mailing vendor. This allowed the management team to show the vendor their mistake and fix the issue.
• Conducted exploratory analysis in SQL through RCH's database.
• Created a centralized database of all RCH vendors with updated internal and external contacts, using the accounts payable system to ensure an exhaustive list.
