Youth Media Symposium, Intern October 2022 - July 2023 Analyze problems and issues in our community, such as racial inequality, poverty in certain wards and so on, and start on projects to try and solve these community issues. Spoke with different political leaders on issues in Newark, NJ and what we can do to fix this. Met with different Board of Education members and discussed problems and solutions to Newark school issues. Drafted a bill and attended the court house. We raised 5k+ in donations for different homeless shelters.
Yoga, Leader helper September 2022 - February 2023 Help other students with their yoga positions and bring in objects to the class like a singing bowl that brings a relaxing noise that creates calmness around the room. We were able to allow these students to clear their minds. We were able to distress kids and help them forget about all their problems and worries. Able to give individuals a sense of calm.
BU Motorsports, Member September 2025 Created CAD models of a car that is going to be built for competition. Reviewed each others CAD models and compared to examine which one was more effective and useful for our car.
