Madeline Munguia

Puyallup,WA

Summary

I am a college student who has developed strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills through a variety of hands-on experiences. As a youth soccer coach and camp counselor for youth soccer camps, I’ve learned how to motivate, guide, and support young athletes, while creating a positive and structured environment. These roles strengthened my ability to manage groups, resolve conflicts, and adapt to different learning styles. My experience as a soccer referee further enhanced my decision-making and quick-thinking skills under pressure, while also teaching me how to enforce rules fairly, and remain composed in high-stress situations. Additionally, working in wedding catering taught me the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and delivering excellent service in fast-paced, customer-focused settings. Together, these roles have built a strong foundation in responsibility, organization, and interpersonal communication.
