Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Delegating work tasks to team, running breaks
• Ensuring daily business readiness, by maintaining stock & inventory
• Hitting store performance metrics
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
• Maintaining a healthy & productive work environment for the team
• Training new hires & newly promoted shift supervisors
• Maintaining cleanliness of store, cleanliness & maintenance of all equipment
• Solving everyday problems using communication, level-headedness, organization, time management, & experience

Duties included by not limited to:

• Running breaks, delegating tasks
• Keyholder responsibilities
• Inventory & Deposits
• Making Pizzas, Sending orders out
• Maintaining work environment & customer satisfaction at all times

Duties include but not limited to:

• Managing large groups of children
• Structuring dance classes
• Choreographing routines (recitals & competition)
• Correcting technique, maintaining proper execution of choreography
• First 3 years spent as unpaid Instructor's Assistant
• Final 2 years earned wage, choreographed routines
