• Develop marketing materials in partnership with graphic designers, and overseeing programming and budget requests. As well as planning and coordinating recruitment events, and developing a programming schedule for a student hub.

• Share my experiences of living on campus with incoming and prospective students, and their families. Charged with being a leader in respective halls and on campus by modeling appropriate behavior, educating my peers on housing processes and policies, and providing front-line customer service.

Representing the Environmental Science Department at university open houses, orientation sessions, and recruitment events. While engaging with prospective students to provide information about the program, coursework, and career opportunities in environmental science. As well as, serving as a peer mentor to current Environmental Science students by offering guidance on academic and career-related matters.

• Interacted with visitors regarding questions about facility operations and provided educational talks on species welfare. Maintained animal living areas, including cages and tanks, using appropriate cleaning materials. Assisted in performing minor medical treatments such as wound care, medication administration, and bandaging wounds under veterinary or supervisor guidance.
