Madeline Grace Allender

I currently work here at Lifetime as a kids instructor where I work with children and members. This role has helped me strengthen my ability to multitask, adapt quickly, resolve conflicts professionally, and work in a fast-paced environment while creating a safe space for both members and coworkers. I have worked here for 2 years.

As a Sales Associate and Display manager at Plato's closet I helped customers, organized inventory, created displays to keep the sales floor clean and visually appealing, organized the store, checked people out at register, and put new product out on the floor. This role has helped strengthen my customer service, multitasking, communication skills, teamwork, and problem solving skills in a face-paced retail environment. I worked there for a year.
