• My siblings and I manage and coordinate a small square bale business. We put up over 1,000 bales each summer. We cut, rake, bale, and throw each hay bale. I have learned to collaborate with my siblings as well as working with my Dad on the business side to run an efficient and profitable business.

• I observed several fields of medicine which led me to choose my college major of nursing.
• Gained valuable experience working within a specific industry, applying learned concepts directly into relevant work situations.
• Viewed surgical procedures for better patient outcomes and a deeper understanding of medical processes.
