- At Delhi Landing, I learned a lot of useful alcohol safety. This includes checking IDs of people who look underage, making sure alcohol that we served never left the bar, and that our customers weren't being over-served. I would stock the bar and surrounding areas each night to make sure that the crew in the morning would have the supplies necessary to create a ready bar for opening in the mornings.
- I learned how to effectively use a POS system by ringing in orders made by customers at the bar, as well as customers placing to-go orders over the phone.

- Texas Roadhouse is a fun and fast-paced restaurant that has led me to excel at being efficient and handle multitasking better than I have before. I check on customers, making sure that they are getting good quality food, while also running other servers' food, stocking, and participating in dances or birthday celebrations. I handle cash as well as cards, and I also learned their POS system. I follow the health and safety guidelines in place by rolling silverware with gloves on and making sure my tables are clean at the end of every night. I make sure to take orders in a timely manner, accurately, and enter them as soon as I am done taking them to ensure that their food takes as little time as possible to get to them. Throughout their time at Texas Roadhouse, I make sure that my customers are having a great experience with their food, as well as me as their server.

- While employed at Sunset, I learned a variety of skills. I learned about customer service, problem solving, multitasking, and overall what it means to be a team player. I did many tasks other than serving, such as hostess, bussing, and buffet runner. This job meant more to me than just a job. I met lots of people that I am still in contact with today, who taught me many valuable lessons that go beyond what I would've learned just being a server. I learned many regulars' orders. I always greeted guests with a smile, cleaned and stocked constantly, and overall made sure I was a team player. I also interacted with the cash register, taking out/plating orders, and providing guests with what I could during their meal.
