Skilled in customer service and conflict resolution, I am actively interested in working with customers to satisfy their needs in a retail setting. Having worked with children and adults, my capabilities are strong and filled with both empathy and patience. My experience working with parents and their children will prove helpful on the sale floor, helping both families and individuals find what they are looking for. Shopping can be stressful, and my previous employment as a swim instructor taught me how to remain calm when other people need me to be.
For many consecutive years, I was the proud recipient of the President's Volunteer Service Award for my volunteer work in both fostering cats and working to help feed people who are struggling. This award was earned with 50-75+ hours of volunteering each year.
