As an omaha market banker, I focus on building strong relationships with clients and members of the Omaha community. I assist customers with personal and business banking needs, open and service accounts, provide support on the teller line, and help clients find financial solutions that fit their needs. I also participate in networking events and community outreach to strengthen relationships and grow the bank’s presence in the Omaha market.

• Helping members manage their money and financial goals by opening and servicing accounts, providing loans, resolving issues, and selling financial products. Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Recommends and testing of new technologies that focus on the development and enhancement of banking services. This includes reviewing and improving processes and procedures, used for banking services, to ensure user friendliness and efficiency.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Trained in Word/ Excel, Microsoft Office, proficient with 10-key data entry. Trained in teller processing and remit. Deposits consumer loans payments and deposits that need to be done by specific times.

• Completing all cashier/ supervisor buys. Verification of cashier and banker tills for accuracy consisting of counting funds up to 1.5 million dollars, investigating cashier/ teller variances, auditing end of day paperwork to ensure accuracy. Responsible for data entry for cash balancing of 8 million dollars of the vault, internal and external guest service. Recording inventory count amounts, preparing daily cash, checks; balancing all recorded transactions, counting and balancing casino funds independently; Handling kiosk cash maintenance. The ability to learn computerized systems; Trained in Word/ Excel, Microsoft Office, proficient with 10-key data entry, knowledge of reading and understanding count sheets and reports; willingness to work efficiently even in a crowded noisy atmosphere, and strong currency counting skills.

As a Host/ Trainer, I provided friendly and efficient customer service while helping create a welcoming environment for guests. I managed seating and guest flow, answered questions, and supported the front of house team. As a trainer, I helped onboard and coach new employees on customer service, restaurant procedures, food safety standards, and company expectations.

• Crew trainers are responsible for training McDonald's employees on everything from proper customer service techniques to food safety procedures. They also help managers and supervisors develop effective training plans that can be used throughout the entire restaurant chain.
• Crew trainers must have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with their trainees. They must also be able to manage a large number of people at once.
