My floral experience started in High School with my first floral design class. I gained professional experience later at Pinehurst where I learned how to apply everything in a business setting. I also learned how the floral industry works and used that knowledge to design a few weddings on my own. At Pinehurst, I was based out of the floral department and coordinated with the greenhouse, garden center, and gift shop to assist customers. I also worked briefly with wholesalers to ensure our designs were made with the highest quality materials.
