Streamlined Workflow:
Implemented a streamlined workflow where each report undergoes a thorough process, starting with research and story creation in JIRA, including effort estimation.
Iterative Development:
Utilized bi-weekly sprints to ensure user satisfaction and refine reports based on feedback. Implemented an iterative development process where changes, if necessary, are addressed in subsequent sprints. Approved reports are then documented and uploaded to Confluence.
