At this role I deliver problem solving thinking and come up with solutions to help customers with technical issues they have using their devices or set up repair appointments for damaged devices

I assisted customers with medical notes and medication subscriptions and insurance also , I worked with a lot of articles and teammates to come up with solutions for the customers who couldn’t get their medications or needed help getting them or picking them up

At this position I helped customers with booking flights , writing a essay , booking appointments, ordering things and more
