Madison Goss

I’m excited to be applying for the Server position at Buffalo Wild Wings. After taking some time away from restaurant work following a recent move while getting started at community college, I’ve come to realize how much I miss the fast-paced environment that comes with working in a restaurant. I enjoy staying busy, interacting with others, and getting involved in my community.

I was lucky enough to stay at my first job at Chili’s Bar & Grill for nearly three years, where I was trained in multiple positions, including Expo, To-Go, Food Running, Hosting, and Serving. Having experience in all of these areas gave me a strong perspective of how valuable each of them are to a restaurants success.

One of my biggest strengths is being able to anticipate needs, both from guests and coworkers. I take pride in being dependable, hard working, and remaining positive, even when things get hectic.

I’m proud of the time I spent at my first job and left only because of my recent move. However, I would love the opportunity to bring my experience and positive attitude to both my new community and the Buffalo Wild Wings team.
