For this job, I mainly observed the physical therapist interact and help rehabilitate the patients. I helped in answering basic phone calls when needed and helped put away the equipment after it was used. I also was able to do hands on work with the patient while a PT was helping me. I would assist patients with their exercises or stretches while learning under the physical therapist.

• Interacted with customers by phone, email, or in-person to provide information.

• Assisted guests with renting and setting up umbrellas, beach chairs, bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards and collected items at closing to maintain inventory.
• Wiped down beach furniture and equipment to maintain cleanliness.
• Assisted customers by retrieving beach equipment, answering questions and helping physically disabled.
• Built and established positive relationships with patrons, team members and supervisors.
• Monitored guests and enforced rules, maintaining safety for visitors and staff.
• Inspected recreational equipment prior to each shift to detect damage and wear.
