I report for the Columbia Missourian, focusing on higher education and its intersection with the current political environment at the University of Missouri, and in surrounding communities. I have published stories that highlight how political issues impact students, faculty, and university policies. Currently, I am on assignment, actively interviewing sources, gathering perspectives, and developing stories that bring depth and context to ongoing debates. My role combines research, reporting, and storytelling to inform and engage readers.

I worked as a fine dining server, where I memorized the details and locality of food and wine to provide guests with an informed, elevated dining experience. I catered to each guest’s individual needs, ensuring attentive and personalized service throughout their meal. By balancing knowledge, efficiency, and hospitality, I contributed to creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the overall dining experience, and maintained the high standards of fine dining service.

I served as an academic advising aide for the University of Missouri, supporting advising administrators, and assisting students with course planning. I helped students build schedules that aligned with their academic interests and requirements, ensuring they stayed on track toward their goals. I took Zoom calls when needed, stepped in to support administrators when they were busy, and delivered presentations to transfer students, helping them transition smoothly. My role balanced student support with administrative assistance effectively.
