• Greet and assist members as they enter the credit union, open accounts for adolescents, CD’s, IRA’s, wire transfers, ACH’s, print debit and credit cards, dispute fraudulent charges.

• I take care of adults with mental disabilities
• In doing my job we are responsible for transportation for clients, cooking healthy meals, cleaning the environment they live in, and helping them be active within the community

• Assist customers with all banking needs over the phone including but not limited to payments on cards, money transfers, view balance, unblock cards, change addresses and phone numbers, place travel notice, etc
