To Whom it May Concern,
I am delighted to have this opportunity to share my thoughts and opinions about Madi Rand. I have had the privilege of being Madi’s teacher for the past few years. She is currently in my AVID class, (Advancement Via Individual Determination), which is a class in which students set college and career goals and work to achieve those goals. Madi was also in both my Medical Terminology I and Medical Terminology II classes, both of which are rigorous, college-level classes. Madi is an extremely hardworking, self-motivated person who always goes above and beyond what is expected of her both in and out of the classroom. She will accomplish anything she puts her mind to and will be an invaluable
asset to anything she chooses to do.
In the time I have known Madi, she has shown herself to be one of the most self-motivated and hardest working students I have ever known. In both AVID and Medical Terminology, I have watched Madi master difficult, college-level curriculum with ease. Her work is always detailed, thoughtful, and is turned in on time. Madi is responsible, dependable, and always leads by example. She is truly a top-notch student.
One of the aspects of Madi’s character that I admire the most is her desire to make a difference and get
involved in our school and community. She is not afraid to put in hard work to succeed and is confident in her abilities. Madi was a member of the Varsity soccer team all four years of high school. She volunteers her time at a horse rescue feeding horses, cleaning their stables, grooming them. She did so well as a volunteer at the horse rescue, she is now employed there. Madi is a remarkable young woman who truly cares about others.
Madi is interested in pursuing a career in the healthcare field. She has taken Medical Terminology I and II, Sports Medicine, Athletic Training, and Sports Psychology in order to prepare herself for a future career in this field. Madi is also not afraid to challenge herself and has taken multiple AP and college-level classes during her high school career. I have no doubt that Madi will succeed in college and her future career.
I very much respect and admire Madi for her motivation, work ethic, and her determination to always do the very best she possibly can. I am confident she will be able to propel herself to the top of whatever she sets her mind to do. If given the opportunity, I am confident she will exhibit the same fine qualities I have seen in her in whatever she endeavors. I whole-heartedly give Madi Rand my highest recommendation.
Sincerely,
Jamie Ellis
