Coaching younger individuals to prepare and motivate them for upcoming events
I am currently a Coach for a Junior Dance Team. A fellow friend and I created this team in order to prepare these young individuals for their upcoming years of high school. We teach them not only the skills of dance, but the skills of respect, responsibilities, communication, problem-solving, and leadership. It is a non-profit organization, and for the sole purpose of leading these young adults in the right direction.
