Uploads set up sheets per print into a system called MyQummas, which communicates with another system called Mililase in order to properly download and run laser
Sets up laser, using X, Y, and Z increments
Examples include height, width, and depth of where product needs to be lasered using calipers and a depth gauge when applicable
Changes font height to match print when necessary
Changes settings to tape settings and applies etchable tape to product for verifying where the etch will be to create less scrapped materials
Moves etch, if necessary, to match location per print
Etches product per specifications located on prints
Finishes etching order until order is completed and moves order onto the next listed job step.
