• Worked with Core Measures using NUANCE by collecting data for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to assure quality care. Validates SEPSIS data for Department of Health. Involved in Performance Improvement projects and PowerPoint presentations. Volunteered for the SEPSIS Awareness Month.

• Attend to emergency cases and constantly assessing status of client condition and undertake appropriate action where there is urgency. Communicates constantly with different providers to deliver medication and treatment promptly. Perform a variety of nursing skills using a range of equipment, supplies, medication and delivering safe nursing care from patients ED arrival to admission or discharge and ensuring that they understand and get appropriate follow-up care.

Acted as Problem Solver for patients and family complaints and unit problems. Ensure smooth operations to designated areas. Made staffing decisions based on units acuity.
