• Co-Created, designed and facilitated Store Manager offsite and development days for 9 Store Managers in the Mid-Atlantic Market (2020-current)
• Co-lead SM Practicum for 11 new store managers during COVID closure by facilitating organizational content via zoom while utilizing zoom features to engage in content, creativity and connection.
• SM Mentor for new Store Managers to support learning journey and execution of priorities, initiatives and regional strategies.
• Implemented succession planning by training and developing employees into leadership positions.
• Trained leaders based on individual strengths and unique training for merchandizing lead, store business lead, community lead and assistant store managers.
