I am experienced in the banking industry with over thirty years of experience, having worked up from a teller to middle management. I have done several courses in Etiquette & Protocol, Crisis Counseling for Individuals and Companies in addition to sales workshops and in depth credit training.

I recently decided to switch career field to health and qualified in November 2022 with American Medical Technologists as a registered Phlebotomist .As I recently qualified I do not yet have working experience in this field but I am a fast learner. Scores in the exam were very high(94%)

My strengths are in the area of customer service and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

I believe that I would be a good fit in any of these areas based on training and experience .
