Worked with the TJX companies under Homegoods for a year part-time, before being promoted to the position of a Coordinator in early 2025 which was a full-time position. Worked full-time throughout my first year at college in late 2025-early 2026, as well through the summer. Going into my second year of college this fall, I dropped down from full-time and the position of Coordinator to focus on my studies and classes. Despite no longer officially having the title of Coordinator, I still keep up with many of my responsibilities to keep the store organized and presentable and continue to be sought after by many associates for any help they need with customers, prices, tickets, or markdowns. I was also chosen as Associate of the Quarter by my coworkers twice for my hard work.

2 Years 11 Months- Assisted customers in product selection, enhancing overall shopping experience.
- Maintained store appearance by organizing merchandise and ensuring cleanliness.
- Collaborated with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service quality.
- Helped to train newer associates with some basic training, such as ticket making, customer calls, price checks, organization and recovery of the store.

Retail Sales Coordinator
1 Year 7 Months- Coordinated merchandise presentation to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Coordinated a specific section of the store, including its presentation, cleanliness, and ensuring that other associates know how to put out and organize merchandise in that area.
- Markdown capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction with damaged product, to safely damage out broken merchandise, and to keep up with the current markdown standards and procedures.
- Correct signage and labels to continue to uphold customer satisfaction, as well as to present the section and endcaps with identifiable price ranges, country of origins, and brands.
- Responsible for upholding the EAS standards and protocols, as well as training and guiding new associates to follow these standards. Preventing possible external and internal theft.
