As an undergraduate pre-PA student applying for this position with the unique experience of caring for a disabled father. While possessing a compassionate and empathetic approach to healthcare. I've also gained valuable insights into patient care, not only through academic studies and dreams of working in the healthcare world but also through real-life, hands-on experience. My role as a primary caregiver for a disabled family member has honed my communication and interpersonal skills, as well as my ability to provide physical and emotional support. This experience has instilled a deep sense of responsibility, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to improving the quality of life for patients. It highlights my strong motivation to pursue a career in healthcare and my potential to excel working in this position, drawing from my personal journey of caring for a loved one in need and currently pursuing a B.S. at UCONN, to become a future Physician Assistant.
