Used POS system to scan customers purchases, calculate prices and process transactions. Welcomed guests with a positive and uplifting attitude to provide accurate information to help customers navigate our store and acquire items to purchase. Helped store recovery to maintain a clean and organized sales floor throughout the shift. Most of my job is working at Customer Service in the front of our store, processed returns for in-store and online purchases as well as Amazon packages. Customer Service handles any issues and/or questions customers may have in person or over the phone.

Stocked supplies and organized displays to focus customers attention on specific items. Cleaned and sanitized theaters, kitchen, concession stands and bathrooms. Improved operations by working with team members to find workable solutions and helped customers at concession stands selling food, drinks and theatre tickets.

Assisted our Bend Elks Mascot. Helped stock food, ice, beverage kegs. Gave a helping hand to customers find purchased seats, answer questions and assist other associates if needed.
