I am a senior at Jackson State University completing a Bachelor's degree in Childcare and Family Education. I would love to be an advocate for children and families in order to promote healthy lifestyles. I serve as a youth mentor at Pilgrim Branch M.B Church. I visit parents at their homes to check on my youth mentees and to talk with the parents regrading their children. I also visit the schools during Parent Teacher Conferences to ensure that the children are behaving well physically and academically.
