With the experience i have gained as a Shift Lead at my current job. I have developed strong leadership and good communication skills from my 4 year experience. I excel in customer service, consistently resolving issues that customers have with their service and employees. I always have a positive attitude with every guest that comes in, it is one of our stores mottos to "bless the guests." My ability to train and mentor new employees gives me the privilege to have a positive and strong comradery with my team. I am well skilled in multitasking from ensuring all orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner. All while overseeing staff. I am confident in my ability to contribute to a team and to create a welcoming and efficient environment for guests.
