As a Desktop Administrator, I am responsible for maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure of the organization, with a primary focus on desktop systems. In addition to desktop support, I also manage and maintain milling and 3D printing machines and their associated software.

My role is critical to maintaining a stable and efficient desktop computing environment and ensuring the optimal performance of specialized equipment like milling machines and 3D printers.

• I was responsible for inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications and conducting root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams about opportunities for improvement
• I worked on ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards by continuously improving procedures and processes, providing training to production and other employees, managing documentation, participating in audits, and generating reports on quality control metrics and performance
• I was scaled as excellent by my employee.

• I participated in the development of an internal project for a Ukrainian factory focused on process automation
• My responsibilities included writing unit tests for new functionality, creating new controllers for business logic, updating front-end functionality, and working with the database
• I successfully implemented end-to-end features and participated in Scrum meetings to ensure efficient collaboration and progress toward project goals.

• As part of the Full Stack .Net Engineer Program at SoftServe in Ukraine, I had the opportunity to study the ASP.NET framework alongside React
• During the course, we worked on an educational project for a local theater, gaining practical experience and developing our skills in this technology stack.

• As an intern, I collaborated on an internal company project for managing and tracking workers
• With the guidance of my mentor, I enhanced my proficiency in .NET, database management, and new business logic integration.
