Malak Alomari

As a medical receptionist, my primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk in a medical facility. This includes greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls and inquiries. I also assisted with basic administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and updating patient information. I worked with doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals. I would sometimes also help the medical assistants with vitals and obtaining information from the patient.

As a volunteer I assisted with various tasks to support the smooth functioning of the educational environment. Responsibilities may include helping teachers in classrooms, organizing events/activities, supervising students during lunch or recess, and providing support with administrative tasks. Also, communicating with students and seeing if any additional help is needed.

As a secretary at an immigration and translation office, my primary duties involve managing administrative tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing paperwork related to immigration processes. Additionally, I assist with translation tasks and paperwork. My role plays a crucial part in ensuring a smooth process and support to both clients and colleagues.
