Kitchen staff

In the kitchen I am responsible for:

• Creating salads and sandwiches
• Building and cooking pizzas
• Making sure the to go food orders go into the correctly marked box or bag
• cutting pizzas into the correct portions
• Analyzing the order tickets to make sure the food was made correctly

Dishwasher/food prep/storage:

• Made sure dishes were spotless throughout my

shifts

• Organized fridges and freezers ensuring all ingredients were in proper rotation
• Defrosted different seafood. I would communicate with the chef to ensure I used the correct amount of ingredients for each day
• Creating the salsa for fish tacos and other dishes
• Put away and organized food shipments that would come on big pallettes

Busser:

• Cleared and cleaned tables efficiently
• Proficient at holding and balancing dishes and drinks
• Helped customers with any requests
• Greeted customers warmly and invitingly

Food runner:

• Brought food orders to the correct tables
• organized and stocked condiments and utensils ensuring there was always enough for customers

Busser

• Cleared and cleaned tables whilst balancing everything on a tray in one hand
• Set tables for a fine dining setting with forks, knife, napkin, plate and water glass
• Made sure bathrooms were clean throughout my shifts
• collected dish tubs from bar
• kept the restaurant swept up and tidy looking throughout my shifts
• Helped in cleaning the kitchen after every shift

Foodrunner:

• Got food orders from kitchen read tickets and brought food to correct tables and seats.
• Memorized table numbers for over 120 tables.
• Communicated with bussers and other staff when tables needed attention.
