During my time at the Arizona Grand Resort, I had the privilege of acquiring a diverse skill set, starting as a water park host. Interacting with guests in this dynamic environment taught me the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences, emphasizing patience and adaptability.

As my journey progressed, I took on roles such as a food runner and room service attendant, broadening my customer service abilities and emphasizing timely, precise deliveries. This required strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, even during peak periods.

Later, I transitioned to roles as a cashier in the water park kitchen and an expo responsible for food preparation and presentation. These roles deepened my understanding of the hospitality industry, enhancing my financial acumen, order accuracy, and organizational skills.

Throughout my tenure, I thrived in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, cultivating effective collaboration and composure under pressure.
