As a Junior Counselor, I worked with and was responsible for 100+ kids each year, 20 at a time, ranging in age from 5-12 years old. I guided kids through activities such as swimming, rock climbing, field trips, sports, and more. I was awarded Junior Counselor of the week twice, and nominated for Junior Counselor of the year twice as well. I got to work with children of all demographic backgrounds, connecting with each one and working to improve their time at camp. CPR and First-Aid certified.

Youth in Government is an extra curricular program to involve high school students in a mock-legislative court that encourages kids to speak their opinion, grow as a public speaker, dive into the political world, and learn more about our California Judicial and Court systems.
